Shipping & Handling

The majority of the artwork shown on Outrageous Art ships directly from the artist studio and not from our location.  Shipping and handling charges are shown for every item.  Shipping times vary and are indicated by the “Ships Within:” timeframe shown with each item.  Some items are custom created only after the order is placed which can cause a delay in ship time; this is also indicated with the item description.

If the item requires special packaging, such as a crate or other special handling, there may be additional costs which will be noted as part of the description. If you have any questions or concerns about these costs, please email support@OutrageousArt.com.  Please refer to the order number and item number in your email.

Sorry, but we do not ship to PO Boxes.  We only ship to customers in the United States and Canada.  We currently do not accept international credit card orders.

Additional charges may apply to items going to Alaska and Hawaii since air service is required.  These additional charges will be calculated after your order is placed and charged to your credit card accordingly.

After your order has been placed, you will receive an email stating your order details; the artist will notify you via email when item ships.  Also included in the email will be details of shipper tracking information as is appropriate. 

Unfortunately, "Made on Order" items are not returnable.
