Return Policy

Items may be returned to the artist within 14 days of receiving it with the exception of “Made on Order” items which are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If you wish to return an item here is the process:

  1. Contact us at support@OutrageousArt.com and let us know of your intent to return an item.
  2. Items are returned directly to the artist and you are responsible for shipping costs.
  3. Items must be returned in their original packaging unless the package’s condition is not suitable for safe return.  You are responsible for any damages sustained during the return transit.

If you are returning a product because it was defective or the artist shipped you an item that you did not order, the artist will pay the return-shipping costs.

Hypoallergenic Earrings
Our hypoallergenic earrings are specifically designed for people who suffer from allergic reactions to metals.  All of our hypoallergenic products come with a money back guarantee. If you should have an allergic reaction, please return the earrings within 14 days for a full refund.

Made on Order
Some items in our Gallery are “Made on Order” which means the artist produces the item only after an order for the item has been placed.  Depending on the material used (fused or slumped glass, wheel-thrown and glaze fired pottery, forged metal, etc.,) this process can take days, weeks or even months.  Because of the circumstances of this process, our artists have a strict no return policy.

Refunds
Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase. Refunds will be given within 7 to 14 business days of the artist receiving your return, providing it arrives safely and undamaged.  You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus the original shipping and handling costs and any additional cost incurred by the Gallery as part of the return shipping.  We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or worn, except for hypoallergenic earrings (see above). Once the return item has been received and processed by the artist, you will be notified by email or postal mail.

Items Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged upon arrival, or the item inside arrived in a damaged state contact the shipping carrier to have it picked up and inspected.  Please retain all original packaging materials for their inspection.  Contact us immediately so that we may take appropriate actions on our side.
